• You may join a class up to 5 minutes after the start time.

• Arrivals later than 5 minutes will not be permitted and will be marked as a late cancellation to ensure safety and minimize disruption.

• Mandatory in all classes for safety and hygiene purposes.

• Must be worn at all times during sessions.

No pets allowed on-site for hygiene reasons.

• Children not permitted in the studio or therapy area at any time.

• For Beginners: Our classes cater to all fitness and experience levels. Instructors provide modifications to suit individual needs.

• For All Age Groups:

  • Participants must be 18+ years old to attend classes.

  • Ages 16-17 may join when accompanied by an adult.

  • No maximum age limit, as long as you can move comfortably and independently.

  • Private sessions (one-on-one or duet) are available if you prefer a more personalized experience.

• Pre/Post Natal Support available with trained instructors.

• Beginners can attend classes until the second trimester and continue safely through pregnancy.

• If you are in your third trimester and new to Reformer Pilates, we cannot accept you as a client for safety reasons.

• You may resume Reformer Pilates after full clearance from your GP, medical practitioner, or midwife.

• General guidelines:

  • Natural birth: Wait 4 to 6 weeks before returning.

  • Caesarean section: Wait at least 12 weeks, with medical approval.
